Song of America Birdseed, a premium birdseed provider serving distributors nationwide, sought a complete website overhaul. They had recently redesigned their product packaging and needed a website that would align with their new brand image while providing a better user experience for their customers.

The previous website was outdated, both in terms of design and functionality, and no longer reflected the brand’s high-quality product line. The navigation was cluttered, making it difficult for customers to find the information they needed. Additionally, Song of America Birdseed wanted to offer a more personalized experience for customers by providing tailored birdseed recommendations—a feature that didn't exist on their previous site.

  • Website Redesign:
    We translated the vibrant colors and fresh graphics from their new product packaging into a bold, visually appealing website design. This not only modernized the look and feel but also created a cohesive brand experience across digital and physical platforms.   • Improved UX and Information Architecture:

  • Custom Bird Match Tool:
    We developed a "Bird Match Search" feature that allows customers to enter details about the birds in their yard and receive personalized seed recommendations. Together we developed a website design that beautifully complemented their new product packaging. It was a much-needed improvement to their previous site which, in their own words, felt dated. Not only did it function properly, but the reorganized information makes it so much easier for customers to find what they’re looking for. We were even able to build a brand new Bird Match Search within their site that allows customers to match the birds in their yard to the right kind of seed!
