Inspyre Physical Medicine and Wellness sought to elevate their customer experience and establish a strong brand identity. Over a six-month period, we provided comprehensive services to elevate the brand and help the business connect with new customers. This resulted in positive growth in the business month over month and partnerships with well-regarded Houston gyms and fitness brands.

Identify key areas where Inspyre could enhance the customer experience from booking to checkout. We aimed to share the story of why Inspyre opened its doors to the community, building trust and highlighting the unique personality of owner Leanne LeDoux. Our mission was to capture Leanne’s passion and the exceptional care she provides to every patient.

  1. Lack of a Clear Mission Statement or Vision: Inspyre did not have a defined mission statement or vision, which affected their brand coherence and customer engagement.
  2. Non-Cohesive Brand: The existing brand lacked a cohesive identity, making it difficult to communicate Inspyre’s values and unique offerings to the community.
  3. Sterile Clinic Environment: The clinic’s internal environment felt sterile and unwelcoming, which was not conducive to creating a comforting atmosphere for patients.
